Join us THIS Saturday, November 30 as Downtown Somerville transforms into a shopper’s paradise for our biggest shopping day of the year! With more than 40 businesses rolling out exclusive deals, promotions, and festive surprises, this is Somerville’s Super Bowl for small-business shopping!

From boutiques to specialty stores, our downtown businesses are pulling out all the stops to give you a one-of-a-kind holiday shopping experience. Whether you’re hunting for the perfect gift or just soaking in the festive vibes, Small Business Saturday is your chance to shop small, shop local, and make a BIG impact!

Where to Park?

All parking LOTS have FREE parking on Saturdays and Sundays from Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day. Main Street and side street parking rules are in effect and meters must be fed as usual. Click here to locate parking lots and information downtown!

Festive Fun Around Every Corner

• Fresh Tiki’s Famous Free Hot Chocolate Bar on DIVISION STREET – Cozy up with a steaming cup of hot chocolate, topped with all your favorite fixings. It’s the ultimate shopping fuel! The bar is open from 12-3 or WHILE SUPPLIES LAST!
• The Somerville Winter Village – New for this year, visit 62 West Main Street, where the Somerville Winter Village Pop-Up Market brings the holiday spirit to life. Once a bank, this space has been reimagined into a dazzling seasonal destination, thanks to a collaboration with Somerville Realty.

Inside the Winter Village:

• Shop Local Favorites: Discover handcrafted treasures from vendors like Cuddly Construction, Rustic Roots, and Indulge Scents.
• Family Fun: Let the kids enjoy creative activities hosted by Tutor Doctor while you shop.
• Gift Wrapping: Wrap up your purchases with love, courtesy of the Somerville Civic League.
• Welcome Center: Learn what’s happening downtown at the Downtown Somerville Welcome Center, your hub for all things local!

The Winter Village opens on November 30 and runs weekends through January 19, with hours:

• Saturdays: 10 AM – 7 PM
• Sundays: 10 AM – 4 PM
  The Village will also be open during the Holiday Jubilee on Friday, December 6, from 5 PM – 9 PM. Post-holiday hours may vary, so check our website for updates.
