DESCRIPTION:Kickoff event to our Downtown dog friendly initiative.  A community-favorite celebration of furry friends\, featuring pet-friendly vendors\, community education organizations\, a DJ emcee\, live demonstrations\, animal rescues and adoption opportunities\, pet contests\, a free rabies vaccine clinic\, and photo ops.
